I am honoured to have had my painting, Library #7, accepted into Columbia University's collection in New York. Comprised of more than 12,000 works of art in all media, displayed in buildings at each campus and held in storage, Columbia's art collection reflects all cultures and time periods.
Columbia's Curator of Art Properties has written that "this painting is a welcome addition to our collection as we seek to increase our holdings of contemporary art by international and women artists. Your interest in architectural spaces and human interaction make this painting a valuable resource for educational purposes across multiple disciplines, and the subject of a library space makes it even more appropriate for an art collection based in a University library system. The painting may be used for curricular, research, study, display and exhibition purposes, and enable students, faculty, and outside researchers to learn more about your artistry."
